History
The Feline Medical Clinic, located in Vancouver, Washington, was founded in 1977 by Dr. Caroline Engle. Our cat-friendly clinic was the first veterinary practice devoted solely to the health of cats in the area and was one of the first such practices in the United States. Our clinic is still the only veterinary hospital in Vancouver, WA committed exclusively to felines.
A Tribute to Dr. Caroline Engle
Our current facility was constructed in 1990 and specially designed for our feline patients. Our veterinary hospital in Vancouver, WA includes medical and surgical wards, lodging for special needs cats, and an isolation ward for felines with contagious diseases. Our cat care clinic in Washington is equipped with a large, multi-purpose treatment room and a separate, sterile room for surgery.
