History
The hospital was established over 30 years ago by Dr. Michael House, a local hometown veterinarian known and respected by many. Dr. House unexpectedly passed away in 2010. Ownership of Animal Hospital of Pitt County transferred on October 26th, 2012. The current owners are Anne Eldridge DVM, Mark Hayes DVM, and Brad Medhus DVM, who also own and operate Tenth Street Animal Hospital, Firetower Animal Clinic, and Four Paws Inn.
