History
Blair Animal Clinic was started in 1964 by John A. Blair DVM. The original location of the practice was in a cinder block building located on Highway 52 across from Morehouse Road. In 1965, Dr. Blair purchased land at the current location and built his small animal clinic next to Dr. C. Heinze's Equine veterinary service. Forty years later, we're still here. Doctor C. Heinze retired and sold his building to Dr. Blair and his daughter, Dr. Lisa Blair Banker, who remodeled the clinic into a small animal grooming and boarding facility. Klondike Kennels was opened for business in 1990. Nine years later, Dr. Blair retired. Dr. Lisa Blair Banker is the current owner of both facilities.
