History
Forest Glen Animal Hospital was founded in 1963 by Dr. Kenneth Perry and was purchased by Dr. Andrew Orals in 2008. To best meet all the needs of our pets and their parents, we relocated in 2013 to a 5,000 square-foot state-of-the-art animal hospital with five examination rooms, spacious boarding areas, a dental suite, full treatment area and ample, accessible parking.
We are a family-owned veterinary practice committed to promoting responsible pet ownership, preventative health care and health-related educational opportunities for our clients. Forest Glen Animal Hospital strives to offer excellence in veterinary care to Chicago and surrounding areas.
