Creatures Great and Small Veterinary Hospital is an exclusively small animal practice located just north of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. As a veterinary practice, we pride ourselves on offering quality medical care for your animals and client-oriented support and service. We appreciate our clients and patients, and strive to provide the care they deserve, treating them as our own. Started in 1999 by Dr. Meyer with her husband and business manager, Scott, CG&S has grown to a thriving 3 doctor practice thanks to our excellent clients and patients
