Persimmon Creek Animal Hospital is a full service veterinary hospital offering vaccines and wellness care, small animal general surgery, spays and neuters, dental care, orthopedic surgery, digital radiology, pain management, internal medicine, ultrasound, microchipping, and euthanasia/hospice care. Jennifer Thompson is the owner and veterinarian. Persimmon Creek Animal Hospital was established in April of 2009 after almost a year of construction. The hospital is located on a small two acre farm near Avery Elementary School at 7875 Union Hill Road, Canton, Georgia 30115.
