Job Description & Responsibilities

The CSR is an absolutely crucial role at AAC. The CSRs take phone calls, schedule appointments, prepare patient charts, check patients in/out, process payments, discuss payment alternatives with clients, collect all important client information and paperwork,  help pet owners identify pet emergencies, fax/ file all patient charts as needed, contact owners as necessary with bloodwork results (within normal limits), document client communications, print client prescription requests, restock office supplies, restock coffee bar, help clean exam rooms when necessary, run end of day reports, handle cash transactions, maintain clean reception area (vaccuming, mopping, cleaning windows, counters, chairs, bathrooms etc.)

** Every Client Services Representative begins their career at AAC Richmond as a Client Services Assistant (CSA) **

The CSA is a CSR in training. CSAs assist the senior CSR on shift with daily operations of reception. The CSAs take phone calls, schedule appointments, prepare patient charts, check patients in/out, process payments, discuss payment alternatives with clients, collect all important client information and paperwork,  help pet owners identify pet emergencies, fax/ file all patient charts as needed, contact owners as necessary with bloodwork results (within normal limits), document client communications, print client prescription requests, restock office supplies, restock coffee bar, help clean exam rooms when necessary, run end of day reports, handle cash transactions, maintain clean reception area (vaccuming, mopping, cleaning windows, counters, chairs etc.)

Education, Certifications & Experience

Qualifications: 

 The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 90 days of experience at AAC and knowledge of AAC policies and procedures
