Bio

Dr. Michele Drake received her doctor of veterinary medicine (DVM) degree from the University of Missouri at Columbia in 1989. She later became certified in veterinary acupuncture (CVA) from the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society (IVAS) in 1996.

In 1992, Dr. Drake purchased Westlake Veterinary Clinic and later San Dieguito Veterinary Hospital. These practices merged to form The Drake Center for Veterinary Care in 1998. Dr. Drake has surrounded herself with other doctors and staff who have that same passion for caring.
