The social posts library has saved us so much time! Instead of trying to find “what to post,” we now have a plethora of great content available all in one place! The posts are creative, funny, and very relatable to our clients. It allows for a more personable feel between the practice and our clientele. Managing multiple social media platforms on the social post calendar has made promoting on various platforms very straightforward and almost effortless! It has allowed us to focus on more productive ways to grow our practice.
Answering our reviews was very time-consuming in the past; however, the GeniusVets platform has allowed us to see reviews from multiple sources and assists us with getting them answered much quicker. Even our website has been a breeze to maneuver. Whether it’s adding announcements, submitting staff pictures, or updating articles, we enjoy the ease of being able to touch up our website as needed.
