Veterinary Technician / Medical Team Member

We’re looking for dedicated veterinary technicians and medical support team members who want to grow their skills, make a meaningful impact, and be part of a team that values both excellence and empathy. What You’ll Be Doing
As a member of our medical team, you’ll:

  • Assist in triage and stabilization of emergency patients
  • Monitor patients in ICU and inpatient care with close attention to detail
  • Perform technical tasks including IV catheter placement, blood draws, anesthesia monitoring, radiology, lab work, and more
  • Support DVMs during exams, procedures, and surgeries
  • Maintain accurate and thorough medical notes in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate clearly with clients, especially in high-stress or emotional situations
  • Work side-by-side with a team that’s passionate, collaborative, and always learning

Qualifications

  • Previous veterinary experience required (1+ years in general practice or emergency preferred)
  • Credentialed technicians (RVT, LVT, CVT) are strongly encouraged to apply—but we welcome skilled non-credentialed team members as well
  • Able to remain calm, compassionate, and focused in a high-pressure environment
  • Comfortable handling critical and sometimes unstable patients
  • Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, or holidays
