Small-animal veterinary clinic seeking a dependable individual who has excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and is a team-player to join our veterinary family. As a CSR, you will be the first person our clients see and speak with when they call or walk in our doors. You must have a cheery attitude and be friendly to clients and pets. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; answering phones (4 lines), scheduling appointments, checking-in patients, discharging patients and taking payment. Ability to multitask and work quickly and efficiently in a busy 3+ doctor practice. Pulse (veterinary software) experience helpful. A plus if you have Vet Tech assistant or Vet Tech experience.
