Veterinarian
Dr. Zack Tietjen joined Lake City Animal Hospital in 2004 after practicing in Marietta, Georgia. He graduated with honors from the University of Illinois Veterinary School in 2003, and has remained an active member of the Georgia Veterinary Medical Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association since that time. Dr. Tietjen’s special areas of interest in veterinary medicine include dentistry, cardiology, and internal medicine.
Growing up in a military family, Dr. Tietjen has had the pleasure of experiencing life and meeting a variety of people in many different parts of our country. During his high school years, he encountered farm life when he lived and worked on a century old family farm.
Dr. Tietjen and Dr. Haber, also of Lake City Animal Hospital, married, and together they have two daughters and one adopted dog, Tucker.
