Corinna Gorgon DVM

Veterinarian

Dr. Corinna Gorgon is a true Nevadan and is proud to be practicing veterinary medicine in the place that she calls home. She was born in Carson City, Nevada, but was raised in Las Vegas. As a young girl, she developed a passion for animals and has been working in the field since 2009 as a veterinary assistant. Dr. Gorgon earned her Bachelor of Veterinary Science degree from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2013 and went on to pursue a Master of Public Health at Colorado State University in 2014, before obtaining her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Western University of Health Sciences in 2019. Her professional interests include ophthalmology, internal medicine, and preventative medicine.

In her free time, Dr. Gorgon loves exploring the outdoors, traveling to new cities, playing the guitar, and spending time with her family including her two fur babies Yuki and Cosmo. Yuki, an 11-year-old yellow Labrador, has been a part of the family since she was 4 months old. Her interests include eating everything she can, even those things she shouldn’t, and sleeping on pillows. Cosmo, an 8-year-old Morkie, has been Yuki’s little brother since he was 3 months old. His interests include always being the center of attention and sharing life with his ducky.
