About the Role

Our Success Coaches serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and are accountable for their success with our program. As a Client Success Coach, the most important aspect of your role will be building strong partnerships with your clients and truly understanding their needs.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Own the onboarding, support, ongoing marketing strategy, and account management for your clients
  • Talk with clients regularly through email, phone, and video to build a relationship, understand their goals, and learn of any issues or opportunities
  • Deliver marketing reports every month for each client, either over a Zoom meeting or a recorded video for clients who cannot make their monthly call
  • Coordinate with our internal teams of specialists to ensure client requests are handled and that clients are receiving the best possible service and results
  • Handle client requests that do not get routed to other internal team members (primarily lower-level website and materials updates)
  • Regularly check client websites and marketing dashboards to ensure that everything is functioning properly
  • Use our established strategies and content libraries to create social media posting calendars and respond to reviews on behalf of your clients (that are signed up for those services)
  • Contribute to and help maintain existing and new customer-facing resources (blogs, help desk articles, etc.)

Success Metrics

  • Meet all internal timelines
  • Complete client onboarding within 2 business days
  • Respond to all client communication within 4 business hours
  • Client satisfaction as evidenced by client retention, referrals, and testimonials
  • Client performance metrics as evidenced by our internal reporting tools

About You

  • You LOVE pets (and, ideally, have at least one! :)
  • You are knowledgeable about marketing strategy and passionate about our mission
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You enjoy building relationships, educating, and helping people solve problems
  • You are self-motivated, highly organized, and can manage your own schedule while also keeping clients on track with theirs
  • You have the technical aptitude to learn new systems and train others on using them (this is not a highly technical position but you need to be comfortable with learning new processes, systems, and software, then coaching others on them)
  • You have a working knowledge of (or the ability to quickly learn) the following:
  • Asana: our project management system
  • Drupal: website CMS (content management system)
  • Google Analytics and AdWords
  • Google Drive
  • Canva
  • Hubspot
  • Online Reviews and Social Media Management


You have experience in the veterinary / pet care industry

Pay & Benefits

This is a salaried position starting at $50,000-55,000/yr with opportunities for incentives and profit-sharing bonuses.
