Client Success Coach

The GeniusVets team is growing and we now hiring Client Success Coaches. Come be a part of our world-class client service team, helping veterinary practices to make the most of our systems – and grow their businesses!

Our Success Coaches serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and are accountable for their success with our program. But this isn’t your typical account management job and we’re not your typical marketing agency.

About the role... 

As a Client Success Coach, the most important aspect of your role will be building strong partnerships with your clients and truly understanding their needs. 

Your day to day responsibilities will include: 

  • Delivering marketing strategy calls and reports (via video/screensharing)

  • Educating clients on the latest features of our platform and ensuring that they make use of them

  • Coaching clients on marketing strategies, and learning of any issues that may exist so they can be addressed

  • Coordinating with our internal teams of specialists to ensure any client requests are handled and that clients are receiving the best possible service and results

  • Handling client requests that do not get routed to other internal team members (primarily lower-level website and materials updates)

You may be a great fit for this role if… 

  • You LOVE pets (and, ideally, have at least one) ⁠

  • You are passionate and knowledgeable about marketing and the veterinary industry 

  • You are a confident but patient communicator who truly thrives on building relationships, educating, and helping people solve problems 

  • You are highly organized and can manage your own schedule, while also keeping clients on track with theirs

  • You have a working knowledge of (or the ability to quickly learn) the following:

    • Trello: An easy to use project management system

    • Drupal: A website CMS (content management system) similar to Wordpress

    • Google Analytics

    • Google AdWords

    • Google Apps (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc)

    • Managing digital asset libraries: documents, blog posts, ad banners, etc.

    • Online Reviews (we have our own system for collecting and managing reviews)

    • Social Media Management 

  • You are able to learn our software quickly and train others on using our systems

This a remote, work-from-home position; however we are seeking applicants who can travel to San Diego, CA once per year for our annual team Summit (usually during the first week of December). We are open to applicants who can start full-time immediately, or who can start part-time and quickly grow into full time.

Compensation is dependent upon experience and skill set, with opportunities for bonuses and advancement.
